This is a good round-up on Mice if you are looking for something along these lines :)

I recently went through this looking for the perfect gaming mouse for my son who ultimately settled on the Razer. I can vouch for the fact that it is uber-sensitive (from the odd time I sit down to touch his machine). It seems to work for him and if you need that sort of resolution be it for games or for CAD, this is an excellent choice.
