Finally, I have hot water again and this unit is the hero. I failed to notice until the plumber pointed it out that the eemax unit only had 1/2" pipe throughout causing a reduction in flow (house H/W pipe is 3/4") and the Seisco unit is piped through with 3/4". Combine that with a 10 year warranty and I am a happy man.
