Sony BMG sued over rootkit (again), Sony sued over Playstation, PSP

Perhaps this will lend some sanity to the quest by media for content protection. There are two things you can rest assured of in that struggle:

1) Whatever they do, it won't stop the infringement.
2) It will make legitimate users life worse.
